Donna Gaydos: Early Life Accomplishments

Donna began gathering her extensive credentialing experience in 1997 while working for Hillcrest Healthcare System, one of Oklahoma’s leading health systems. Hillcrest is the home of several hospitals and 80 regional clinics, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute, Oklahoma’s most advanced committed hospital for preventing and treating heart disease.

It was here at Hillcrest that Donna worked as a provider representative in the managed care department. She acted as a liaison between the organization and its healthcare providers, where she helped reduce healthcare costs for Hillcrest and increase the quality of care for patients. In addition,  Donna served as a valuable resource for physicians, providing accurate information about network procedures and contracts.

Donna Gaydos: Putting Experience to Good Use

In 2004, Donna took her years of experience at Hillcrest and joined Fifth Avenue Healthcare Services, formerly the Physicians Management Assistance Group. She was one of the earliest team members, along with cofounders Joe Spann and Brad Bond, as Fifth Avenue Healthcare Services began servicing the credentialing needs of healthcare organizations and providers in 2003.

Donna has worn many hats over the past two decades with Fifth Avenue and currently serves as the Director of Data Integrity Management with Primoris Credentialing Network, a sister company to Fifth Avenue Healthcare Services. From the beginning, Donna helped lay the foundation for credentialing policies and procedures with Fifth Avenue and Primoris. In addition, she deftly maintains and monitors these procedures to ensure they meet Fifth Avenue’s superior level of accuracy, having helped lead Primoris through numerous carrier audits, passing each audit with flying colors.

Donna also oversees the Client Relationship Managers. As the largest IPA in the Midwest, the Primoris team manages the credentialing and enrollment process for 1000s of providers across the country with 54+ health plan and network options. We couldn’t do it without Donna, who leads her team with humility and grace, smiling and working relentlessly for our provider clients.
